Founded on Experience and Vision

CC-Interactive was founded by Harald Riis Thomsen, who brought together his executive experience from the telecommunications and consulting industries with an MBA and an engineering degree. From day one, Harald’s philosophy has been clear: create happy customers and build long-term relationships not just deliver projects.

Long-Term Partnerships from the Start

This philosophy is best demonstrated by our first customer BNP Paribas Bank Group, the largest banking group in the world. Over the past 20 years, we have delivered more than 400 projects across multiple countries for BNP Paribas. This long-standing cooperation reflects our ability to deliver consistent quality, trust, and innovation over time.

We have delivered solutions to large international corporations as well as small and mid-sized local companies across various industries.
We are headquartered in Denmark and have operational offices in Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Greece – combining Scandinavian quality with nearshore flexibility and cost efficiency. Over the years, we have built strong, long-term partnerships with organizations such as BNP Paribas, Virgin Mobile, and KPMG.
As a supplier to KPMG, we have for the last 10 years delivered RPA and automation services to many of Denmark’s largest enterprises, and have therefore gained detailed and practical experience that forms the foundation of our expertise.

From Software Development to Intelligent Automation

CC-Interactive began as a specialist in software development and CRM solutions. As digital transformation evolved, we became early adopters of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). For the last decade, as a supplier to KPMG, we have delivered RPA and automation services to many of Denmark’s largest enterprises, gaining deep practical insight into how digital processes create real value.

The Birth of SmartBoard and AI Solutions

As data became central to business success, we expanded our expertise into Applied AI, data analytics, and automatic reporting. This led to the creation of SmartBoard – an intelligent platform that combines RPA for automated data collection, software for visualization, and AI for cleaning, analyzing, forecasting, and transforming data into business actions.
