It combines customer data, products, documents, interaction history, KYC, risk profiles and sales activities in one platform – fully integrated with SmartBoard.

2. Sales Optimization

To help sales teams focus on the most valuable leads, SmartBoard combines RPA, AI, and CRM integration into one intelligent workflow.

Customer and product data are collected automatically through RPA, while AI continuously analyzes the information to identify sales potential, cross-selling opportunities, and early risk signals.

All insights are visualized in SmartBoard dashboards, giving sales teams a clear, real-time overview of who to contact, what to offer, and when to act.

This reduces manual searching and administrative effort — enabling data-driven decisions, higher conversion rates, and more effective customer engagement.

3. Customer Satisfaction Management

The platform supports advanced, multi-level surveys where each answer can trigger a dependent follow-up question. This creates far more detailed customer insight compared to standard surveys.
Feedback is automatically collected, analyzed and displayed in SmartBoard – including AI-generated recommendations for improvement actions.
