From software development to intelligent automation

CC-Interactive began as a specialist in software development and CRM. Our first customer, BNP Paribas, is still a customer, and we have delivered more than 400 projects for the group across several countries.

As digital transformation moved on, we became early adopters of RPA. For the last decade we have been KPMG’s supplier of RPA and automation, delivering to many of Denmark’s largest companies.

As data became central to every business, we moved into applied AI, data analytics and automatic reporting. That led to SmartBoard: robots collect the data, software visualizes it, and AI cleans, analyses, forecasts and turns it into action. Today we are an end-to-end IT partner: our own platforms, custom systems, integration and operations.

  1. 2006Harald Riis Thomsen founds CC-Interactive in Denmark. First customer: BNP Paribas, still a customer after 400+ projects.
  2. 2016Early adopter of RPA. Becomes KPMG’s supplier of RPA and automation in Denmark.
  3. 2023ESG-SmartBoard launches, built on robots that collect ESG data automatically.
  4. 2025SmartBoard is rebuilt as an AI-native platform on a data lakehouse.
  5. 2026Partnership with T-Systems, part of Deutsche Telekom: SmartBoard hosted 100% in the EU. Blue Prism Silver Partner.

Denmark and Greece, one team

Headquarters in Denmark handles client relations, business development and project management. Our core development team is in Greece and covers software engineering, QA, DevOps and product delivery.

Both countries are in the EU and only one hour apart, so we work under the same rules and in almost the same time zone.
