RPA consultancy that pays back in 3 to 6 months
We have automated more than 300 business processes. For the last 10 years we have been KPMG’s supplier of RPA and automation, delivering to many of Denmark’s largest companies.

How RPA works
Robots collect and process data from websites, databases, emails, APIs and files. They read PDF, Word and Excel documents, pick out the fields you need, validate forms and check entries against internal and external registers.
They log into CRM, ERP, banking and accounting systems to fill forms, search and update records, and connect processes across departments and partners, often five to ten times faster to set up than a traditional integration.
Every step is validated and logged: rules are cross-checked, duplicates and anomalies flagged, and a complete audit trail kept. Daily or weekly reports and alerts arrive the moment an exception happens.

Frequently asked questions
What is RPA?
Robotic Process Automation uses software robots to do repetitive, rule-based tasks that people normally do: data entry, validation, reconciliation, report generation and system interaction. Robots work through your existing applications, so core IT systems do not change.
How quickly does RPA pay off?
Most organizations see a return within three to six months, because robots take over high-volume tasks, work around the clock and do not make typing mistakes.
Which RPA platforms do you work with?
We are an SS&C Blue Prism Certified Implementation Partner (Silver, 2026), and our certified developers cover all major RPA vendors.
Do you offer no cure, no pay?
For clearly defined automation tasks we sometimes do. Most projects start with a pilot that shows results before scaling.
Which process should we automate first?
Book a 30-minute demo. We look at your current reporting and show where robots and AI can take over, often starting with a small pilot that pays for itself.
