At the base is a data lakehouse on Apache Iceberg: one place for structured and unstructured data, with full history and room for large volumes.

What is SmartBoard?
SmartBoard is a reporting and decision platform from CC-Interactive. Software robots (RPA) and APIs collect data from your systems into a data lakehouse, AI cleans, analyses and forecasts it, and dashboards and reports are produced automatically.
Which modules does SmartBoard have?
ESG-SmartBoard for ESG and CSRD reporting, Reporting-SmartBoard for financial and management reporting, Packaging-SmartBoard for Danish EPR and EU PPWR compliance, and AI-SmartBoard for forecasting and AI-generated insights. All four share the same data foundation.
Where is SmartBoard hosted?
SmartBoard is hosted 100% in the EU on T-Systems infrastructure in Germany, with no US cloud providers. Each customer gets a private, isolated instance. On-premise installation is also possible.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. Robots and APIs read from the systems you already use, such as ERP, CRM, banking platforms, Excel files and supplier portals. SmartBoard sits on top and does not replace them.
Do we need our own data scientists?
No. Data cleaning, forecasting and written explanations are built into the platform, and our team sets up the data flows with you.
