When does a custom system make sense?
When your process is what makes you different, when standard software forces costly workarounds, or when several systems need to work as one. Often we combine a custom front-end with SmartBoard for data and reporting.
Who owns the code?
You do. The system is built for you, and we agree ownership and hand-over in the contract.
Where is it hosted?
In the EU, on T-Systems infrastructure in Germany or on your own servers.
Do you maintain the system afterwards?
Yes. Most customers keep us on for monitoring, maintenance and new features, so the system grows with the business.
